Whether it’s an address, last name, email address or some other demographic information that has changed, you should notify the following entities to ensure their information is properly updated:
- Social Security Administration
- Ashford Insurance – Call 817-952-3153 or Email: office@ashfordinsurancegroup.com
- Texas Medicaid office, if applicable
- Your Medicare Supplement Plan, Medicare Advantage, and/or Medicare Part D Insurance Carrier.
It’s important that you update your contact information with the entities above. Not doing so could result in missing important plan or benefit information.
