Starting my professional life as a secondary teacher offered me the opportunity and experience to develop a knack for explaining things so others can understand. It is one thing to know the information but to be able to clearly relay it is quite another!

Upon retiring from a career with an educational software company, I was thrust into making important decisions regarding healthcare coverage for myself. When my husband retired years before me, that began my query into all the nuances one must know regarding those choices.  I discovered there was a real need to help others to understand this process which can seem complicated and overwhelming. Most people make these decisions and do not fully understand the ramifications.

I have always been able to navigate the systems necessary to help others get the benefits they deserve. I have the perseverance and tenacity to stick with it until the process is finished.

It is my desire to always “give back” and help others.
